1. Validity of Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts and purchases concluded by customers with the company Notebook und Elektronik Service-Center (Owner: Klaus Petscharnig) via the portal poolroboterreparatur.at as well as the platform Willhaben. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of services in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is only formed when we ship the product or confirm the order/estimate via email.

4. Prices and Shipping
4.1 Prices include statutory VAT.
4.2 Shipping within Austria is € 0.00 (unless stated otherwise). Shipping to other countries (e.g., Germany) is charged at a flat rate of € 15.00.
4.3 Shipping is standard (uninsured) unless the customer explicitly requests insured shipping at additional cost.

5. Payment and Storage Fees
5.1 Payment is made via advance bank transfer. Invoices are due within 10 days.
5.2 For repairs that cannot be completed due to lack of spare parts, a credit note for future services will be issued instead of a cash refund.
5.3 If devices are not collected within 100 days after repair completion, we charge a storage fee of € 5.00 per calendar day.

6. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Governing Law
The law of the Republic of Austria applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
